Trying to remove the steering wheel. I backed out the retaining bolt from the access panel on the bottom side of the wheel. It hit a sticky spot and I powered thru it. I unscrewed it at least 120 turns and it just spins freely now. The wheel is still solidly mounted. Did the worm gear fail? Any other way to get that gear off? I think I may need a new column. Anyone else have the problem? Was gonna replace the clockspring. Thanks in advance...
