The PW on the passenger side gets stuck, if you try to put it down it dies halfway, even less sometimes.....if I hold the button and shake the window it goes down, but I need to put it all the way down for it to go back up.....if it's all the way down, i press the up button and voila, it goes up on its own no issues, if i happen to stop, it's stuck again.......any ideas?.....ripped it apart and didn't see anything out of the norm

 

If everything is OK as far as linkage,tracking and running true I would suspect something in the wiring that controls the window motor or even the motor itself.
Something you might try is to supply power and ground to the motor directly and see what happens. Reversing the power and ground will cause it to go in the opposite direction. Just make sure you remove the plug from the motor to remove controls and wiring from the circuit. That should help eliminate the motor from the problem.
