2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid

Anything to do with braking system lit up on dash ( abs, anti-traction check braking system, check advance track ).

Intermitting

First happened after a snow storm, snow packed roads.

Start car, no warning lights, step on brake pedal, warning lights pop on.

Other times, can go an hour or two before it happens.

Traditional braking does work.

ABS codes: C1025 Brake Primary Circuit Overboost Pressure.
C1029 ABS Primary Circuit Pressure Lower Than Secondary

Are these two codes pointing to a specific wheel?

Your best bet in this case is to have someone with a quality scan tool help pin down the possible cause.
Sometimes a forced reset of the vehicle's 12 volt electrical system might erase the codes and allow a chance to see if the condition that caused it still remains.
