Default Help Please: no one can tell what is going on with my b-pillar

I was hoping someone might be able to provide me with some insight into some external damage on my Ford Fusion. I thought it was from a car wash, but I worked the wash, and we have confirmed the damage was there prior to entering the car wash. Now I am back to square one.

Out of nowhere, I noticed these bubble-looking marks on the driver's and passenger's door panels next to the window (b-pillar area). Upon closer inspection, they look like little cracks underneath the surface, and today I caught it in the light, and there seem to be vertical scratches/cracks in the areas with the marks as well. I am a bit confused because there are similar marks on both the driver and passenger doors (the passenger door does look worse, but the general uniformity is odd). My car is generally in the same few places (work, store, etc.), I have not had any issues while driving with flying debris or bad weather, and it sits in a garage when not in use.

I took my car to a Ford mechanic as well as a few others, and everyone has said, "They have never seen this before." At Ford, I asked how much it would cost to replace the two panels, and they said just the labor to figure out the "unknown issue" would be $190 per door. The Ford Mechanic did confirm it did not look like there was any external damage to the window, panels, b pillar, or seals around that panel. Today, I chatted with Ford Customer Service because I was concerned this might be a manufacturing issue that is just manifesting now, and they told me that I would just have to work with a local dealership as well, with no explanation for what could cause that kind of damage.

I have attached a picture of the passenger's side. It is hard to photograph but easy to see in person. You cannot physically feel anything if you touch it. The car is out of warranty (2019 Ford Fusion), and the marks are not on the panels of the back doors only the passenger and driver's door panels above the door handle (sorry if I am using the incorrect terminology, this is the best way I can explain i,t as not a mechanic).

Just buy carbon vinyl wrap at: https://www.ebay.com/itm/281791346935?var=585712349228 costs you $7.98 and most importantly stop overthinking.

It's underneath the surface, and I am concerned about the damage since multiple mechanics said they had never seen it before, and Ford acted like I showed them a spaceship. Will make a note of the wrap, thank you!

When it's underneath that's even better, no filling needed. People put the CF wrap on their b-pillars even when there is nothing wrong.
Just don't get addicted and wrap the whole car.
