No Brakes
I have a 2012 ford fusion, snapped a pad and destroyed a caliper. Replaced all pads and rotors and the caliper. Only had brakes on front passenger and rear driver, replaced master cylinder and lost all brakes. Master cylinder works great so does the old one so I replaced the booster still nothing. Replaced abs module + pump and bought a scanner to do the bleeding process and still nothing. Cleared lines to make sure no clogs. I’m getting zero pressure at pedal, no air but also just a drip of a fluid every time I bleed. Not sure what else to do and can’t afford a mechanic.
Get ready for a lot of questions. Can't offer any useful suggestions until we have some idea of just how much was disturbed.
Did you bench bleed the master before installation and bleeding ?
What led you to believe the booster had a problem ?

Yes I bench bled the master cylinder and the brake booster was just me throwing a part at it. My idea was the abs but I couldn’t afford the abs at the time and was just pissed I went from having half my brakes to no brakes.
Before attempting to offer any diagnosis, I would suggest you read up on metering valves and the tools required to bleed a hydraulic brake system.
After you do that read up on proportioning valves and how they work. . Your vehicle has both of them and it could help you a lot.
Also checkout , quick take up valves.
Your vehicle has a diagonally split hydraulic brake system , and one half was working while the other may not have been working.
You are in unfamiliar territory and this will help a lot.
