Please Help!
I need some help a.s.a.p.!!!
I'm in a large bind. I have a 2000 Mustang GT. I'm doing a complete front end brake job and I ran into a large issue. My issue is, is that my front calipers are locking as soon as i tighten down the brake hoses. TO give you a little idea of what i have:
Steel braided lines, floating calipers, along with premium pads. Everything works fine until the banjo bolt is tightened down to 29 lbs, which is what is recommended for the car. I'm pretty sure there's a bleeding sequence but I have been unable to find anything. I've bled out the rear breaks, also bled the master cylinder, yet absolutely no fluid is coming through the front calipers, but there's fluid in the lines. When the calipers are taken off and vacuum bled, it works fine, but only when its completely hooked up, both sides air lock. Please help!!

I'm not to sure. I don't see any movement with the piston once the banjo bolt is in. If the ABS module dried of all fluid, would that just prevent the front two calipers from working or would it affect all four calipers?
