Looks like a Mazda TOYO KOGYO TK5 transmission. You can get a new shifter here.

No problem. I actually had the TK4 4-Speed in my 83 Ranger with a 2.0L and 3.08 gears. The TK4 actually has a better shifter assembly. However, it has a slightly wider "Left-Right" bolt pattern. If one needed to, I believe that one could elongate the right side holes and actually use the TK4 shifter in the TK5 tranny.
