i have a 2000 ford ranger ext cab 4wd and the 4wd engages in 4 high and after you start driving a few miles the 4high light starts blinking and it comes out and in feels like it is jerking in and out of four wheel . now i took the motor off as to a thread in this forum and cleaned the motor and hooked power back up and the motor turns fine and unhookede the battery cable and it started working fine for a few days and now is doing what i stated at the beginning . are they any other electrical parts that cold be causing this ? i think the auto hubs is fine and transfer case seems to be fine but could the hubs coming out cause the light to blink please help have snow and ice on the ground need it bad thanks
