Default Electrical problem

Here's the problem. Got in my 1998 Ford Ranger 3.0 , turned the key to start it everything seemed normal. When I turned it all the way to start it nothing happened and I lost power to everything. No lights, door chime, nothing. After some time the power resumes to the accesories and I go to start it again and the same thing happens. I then take the battery to autozone to load test it and it turns out to be good. I put the battery back in my truck and it starts up. I drive to autozone and they test my alternator and battery again both good. Then drive home and now I have the same problem again, only now it takes about a day to get power back to the accesories. Any ideas, as i'm stumped.

Check the connections on the Engine Compartment Fuse/Relay Box, as well as all the battery/ground cables and attachments.. The relay box is up in the left/drivers inner fender area, close to the firewall..

If a large amount of current draw 'breaks' the connection such as a start attempt, then after a short sit time or 'cooling' the connection can complete as long as no large demand for current is pulled through the bad connection..

Here's a pic of the relay box and it's connections as well as the location...
