Default Fuel hose/ tube

Has anyone had to replace or repair a fuel line on a 2000 Ranger?

A lot depends what that line carries.
If it is a return line, usually not much pressure, but if a supply line requires special type line to delivery point and also should be fuel and oil resistant..
Can you tell us where this line is?

The line comes off the fuel pump with a 90 degree plastic fitting and then goes to the fuel filter. The clip is a white clip that you remove to get fuel line off. This is on a 2000 XLT Extended cab with a 3.0 V6 engine.

There is a product called SYNFLEX. I believe that is what you may be looking for.

A good auto supply store should have all the components you would need to repair /replace a fuel line.
You must use the fittings made for that type line.
You might check on the net products made by EATON, or Weatherhead.
