Default Headlights aren't working

I have a problem with my headlights on bright. They won't work and I have installed new bulbs. The low beam works but when I hit the dimmer switch to bright they won't come on and the indicator light doesn't work either. I'm thinking maybe the dimmer switch is bad or something like that. The horn isn't working either but that's another problem for later.

1) Check my signature below
2) The low beam is not relevant to the dimmer switch. Dimmer switch controls just the brightness of your interior, including your instrument cluster.
3) What indicator lights are you talking about. You mean the turn signals? If that's the case, go outside your car, can you see the blinkers blinking physically? How about when you push the hazard button, any blinks?
4) The horn not working intermittently or not working at all. Since when? Since the high beam not working at the same time or what?

It is important to know as much info about your vehicle as possible.

Some vehicles had the "Dimmer" sw on the floor,,,,, is that what your vehicle has ?

If it is located on the floor and activated by your left foot, there is a good chance that sw is defective and requires replacement.
It does get corroded by wet shoes and water. Please get back to us, thanks.
