Vacuum hose for a/c.....
#2
Since you posted in the Taurus section, is it safe to assume you have a Taurus ?
If so, there is usually a small vacuum line that goes into the inside of the vehicle through the firewall under the hood on the passenger side. that vacuum line sometimes comes apart or just breaks due to heat. Most of the time it is easy to see a plastic line about 3/16 of an inch thick that may be broken. If usually comes off a tee or other kind of connection on the intake manifold.of the engine.I the line is broken and leaks vacuum , you can get a rubber splice from just about any auto supply store and reconnect the broken line. Let us know how you make out with this OK ? , thanks.
