I have a 03' 4.0 stick Ranger. The truck creeps & shift's hard. Replaced the
complete clutch, master & slave twice. Still no answer's... Any idea's?

 

From what you describe it sounds like the clutch is not releasing completely.
After replacing the clutch pressure plate and clutch disc , are you sure the disc is not installed backwards ? The torsion springs on the disc go to the inside of the pressure plate.
Did you bleed the clutch master and slave cylinders of any trapped air ?
Does the clutch pedal at rest have the right amount of free ply ?
