Default 3157 LED turn signal bulbs

I am absolutely thrilled with these AUXITO led bulbs that I put on my F250. They replaced a 3157 bulb which actually was for the signal and brake light in one bulb. I have been having repeated problems with the brake light "switch" (on 4th replacement over the years). I have also noticed, when replacing the incandescent bulbs, that the socket looks like it had be heated pretty hot. There has to be a reason for the need for so many brake switch replacements, so I'm hoping that, since LED's draw far less current that incandescent bulbs, that may solve the problem (assuming that higher current and heating was the problem). Time will tell. In any event the bulbs were a simple change and the lights much brighter than the old bulbs. The signal lights do blink a little faster than the incandescent, but I actually like them far better (just under a second per blink). You should be aware that vehicles, especially newer vehicles, have different electronics and sensors. Some have reported that a load resister may be needed for the flasher or electronics to sense that the bake light is working or, in some vehicles, to keep the bulb from "strobing" or flashing super fast. This was not a problem on mine.
