Cranking issues with 2001 Expedition
Hey guys,
Last night I was replacing two spark plugs and two coil packs. I left everything unplugged overnight (including battery and fuel injectors). Put everything in this morning after getting the replacements and I'm not cranking. When I turn the car on the fuel needle does not move. If I wait for a few minutes the needle will register and move up, but still won't crank when I turn the key over. The needle falls back down after an attempted crank.
Any idea on what happened? Battery checks out fine.

Lights, radio, etc all come on. Tested it with a multi meter, it's getting 12 volts. I've re-tightened the connections, still nothing going.
I tested the power going to the coil packs and I am not getting any kind of power to any of them, where as I was before I changed everything out.
