magnetic fuel savers

Default magnetic fuel savers
I have been researching some magnetic fuel savers that are supposed to help gas mileage and increase NET horsepower by 5%.
Does anyone know if these truly work and if they will effect you vehicle in a negative way
If anyone knows please let me know

They're a farse,,, A guy just got arrested in NC. for the same thing ..... it's a scam!!!!
