Default Need Help

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion S 31, 469 miles on it. The outside tread on my tires are shredding/choppy. Called Dealer since it under warranty and they told me it could only be my Alignment and it wasn't covered. Took it to Firestone and got a full inspection on it and nothing was wrong with it. I get my tires rotated every oil change. Now i am wondering why my tires are doing this

It's probably being caused by the tire being at the end of its useful life. From the looks of the tires, it appears that you are in need of new tires anyways. You're almost at the "WEAR BAR". I would have replaced my tires long before letting the tread get that low anyways.

I have never seen this kind of a wear pattern, not even in tires that near the end of their useful life. Something is going on. Are the struts worn out? Was the tire pressure extremely low for some time? Is it the result of spirited cornering?

Just another opinion,
From the looks of the tire(s), The wear appears pretty even which would leave out an alignment problem. I believe if it was run under inflated the wear on the both outside edges would show that . It appears to me there is a problem with the tire itself chunking out like it is. I have seen this with vehicles that were driven a lot on large stones like # 4 stone , yet why it is only on one side of the tire is difficult at least for me to explain. I do agree , you might be best off to just get a new set of tires and monitor tire pressure and where you drive if on dirt roads with large size gravel.

How are you taking photos? I take one then save changes but it doesn't show up. I select the photo icon then it ask if I want to take photo , choose album or upload a file
