Default Power loss with 3.5 Ecoboost

I have a 2014 F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost. Truck has 71000 miles. Lately I've had a loss of power when pulling our camper. Hills that I used to climb in 3rd at 60mph are now requiring 2nd at 40. Wondering if having the injectors cleaned might help? Any suggestions?

Did anybody check the vehicle for any codes ?

If , for example the turbo isn't working correctly , the truck will run , but not perform as it should.

Have not checked codes. Check engine light has not been on. I'll try to get the computer checked.

Usually , the check engine light will be illuminated when an emission problem is present.
Not all problems will provide a CE light. There could still be codes in the computer and we always hope they will provide some direction.

I doubt it's the injectors but the fuel system would be my first place to check. Fuel pressure and filter if it hasn't been replaced recently.
