Default Power steering high pressure line

I am stuck trying to get the high-pressure line out of the rack and pinion on a 2005 expedition Eddie Bauer edition. It has the 5.4 Triton and is 4x4. Are there any tips for a seized line?

If,,,,,,,,,,,,what you are asking is how to remove the retaining nut that holds the line to the R&P unit usually a tubing wrench can do the job. If ,however , the nut is rounded off, your only recourse is a good pair of vise grips , if you can get them in there. If the nut is destroyed makes no difference since the line and retaining nut will be replaced anyway. If there is a different problem , you haven't given us any clue !

It is the pressure line from the pump to the rack. I removed the 10mm bolt, the plate that covers the coolant line, but can’t get the high pressure line out. I have used vise grips to pull on the line and have broken line off twice. I have about 1/2” of line left sticking out of rack and pinion. I have used about 1/2 can of pb blaster to hopefully soak into the area around the line.
