Steering wheel freezes below 30

The steering wheel on my 2015 fusion with keyless ignition freezes like its locked below 30 the vehicle starts n will go into gear but can’t move steering wheel any ideas

There is a problem with the Electric power assisted steering system in your vehicle. Because it could quit at any time , is a safety item, I would suggest you have a Ford dealer check it out ASAP. There may be a possible recall with this problem.
