I have been having issues with my sync not wanting to remember phones that I connect.

I tried a master reset and nothing changes, my phones that are connected are still there, my saved radio stations. So it's obviously not setting it back to factory.

I have tried the soft reset with the power button and right seek button.

I have tried disconnecting the positive cable to the battery for hours.

I have tried to updates via wifi and using a USB. The USB route gives me an install error.

Is there a way to force a factory reset without spending the $165 the dealership wants?
