Hello,

I need to replace the inner passenger side tie rod end on my 2000 4wd Explorer. Any tips would be appreciated, it looks tight up there.

make sure it is the inner tierod and not the rack and pinion take the inner boot off and pull up and down a little or get someone to pull on the wheel to make sure they have special sockets to remove them easier some garages dont mind lending out tools

 

the reason i say make sure because i have changed a few rack and pinions and cant remember changing anty inner tierods doesnt happen too often
