1995 f150 4.9 misfire
The injectors can move, but they should not be loose.
You can purchase an O ring kit or just the O rings for the injectors. There is an O ring on the top and the bottom. Keep in mind there is pressure on the top of the injector and vacuum on the bottom. Never had any problems with upper O rings, but lower were subject to all sorts of things and some did leak causing a vacuum leak.
You may not need to replace the injectors, but the O rings , yes.

Update. Getting my o rings for the injectors replaced this week. Bigger misfire started while driving yesterday. I had to take my truck offroading to get somwhere yesterday. Couple mud holes and deep puddles. Plus it was raining but that never caused an issue before. Driving home at certain times with a load on the motor it starts bucking and jumping real hard. Misfired before but nothing like this. It never bucked or jumped before. I replaced distirbutor, spark plugs, and wires in the past month.
f the coil is the original one, there could be problems with it. Sometimes you can see carbon tracks and other times the problem is internal. It does sound like you are losing spark to the cyls. For the price of a new coil and no way to test it I would replace it and see if that doesn't get rid of the problem.
I'll try that. I'm still gonna try the o rings for the injectors but I'm trying to the coil first. I cleaned sensors. Idle control. Throttle control . I really appreciate all the input .
