Cool 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

anyone know the install procedure for a cam positioning sensor on my 95 Explorer, XLT , 4x4 ,
cant seem to find it either ?/ as shown on YouTube ,
currently have a 11 and a 111 code then after a few ,
a code 214 shows up ? ,
starts and runs fine after new plugs, plug wires and coil plate,
ran fine before the new parts too,

You didn't state which engine you have in your vehicle, but a 314 code does pertain to cylinder ID which the sensor you are looking for usually handles that.

The cam sensor could be located where the dist used to be . It is small and you may have overlooked it.

3.8 L engine, ?

Code was typed incorrectly should be 214 instead of 314.

Cool 1995 Explorer 4.0L EFI OHV engine

code was 214
Explorer still runs fine but with engine fault code 214
crazy wire harness that doesn't want to budge is over top of supposed location of cam sensor
had to by a endoscope waiting for it to charge

Have factory manuals if you ever need info
Drive away from home for a living so may take a bit to respond
