2001 ford f250 crew cab rear passenger window goes up but it won't go down after I got water on the main driver window control switches. I replaced the switches but still nothing. All of the windows go up and down except for the passenger rear window it only goes up

 

You might need to remove the door covering and verify if the signal is getting to the window motor to cause it to go down.
Depending on what you find there will determine what path you take next.
