Default 2008 e250 4.6l

Hello everyone need help
so it started with cylinders 3,6,8 misfire and loss of power when accelerating
So far following has been replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, all spark plugs, coil packs, injectors, EGR VALVE, Throttle body and sensor, MAF sensor, cam and crank shaft sensors, all four O2 sensors, air filter, problem still remains no codes while idling RPMS @ 750, fuel rail pressure @41.2psi,
soon load is applied either drive reverse or even just turning on AC RPM drop to 500 fuel pressure to 39psi and engine bogs down. I am losing my mind its my work van and I am stuck. I tried driving it it goes just extremely sluggish no power. Also did smoke test no leaks

1) Plug in your scanner and warm up your van, show us some live data values here, especially the ones with temperature reading like ECT, CHT and EOT.
2) Bench test your PCV valve (should be replaced routinely every 30k to 50k miles, it's only a few dollars, bench test first)
3) Unplug MAF electrical connector then start up your engine and drive, does it feel better or not.
4) Borrow a capable scanner and retrieve DTCs, not CEL's codes
5) you threw so many parts at it, how do you know the parts were good and installed correctly?

Something to consider,
You could connect a vacuum gauge to manifold vacuum port and watch vacuum as engine speed is increased. If vacuum keeps dropping , converter is restricted.
Misfires if allowed to continue too long will overheat and restrict converter. You very likely need to replace the catalytic converter.

Hi Heiko thank you for your reply. EGR had a leak when I smoke tested it, throttle body even after I cleaned it all butterfly was sticking not sure what was the issue put in a new one. Coil packs and new spark plugs due to blown out spark plug treaded in an insert did tune up. Rest of the sensors I have to agree maybe they were in good shape I had new ones just replaced it

I have BlueDriver code reader and was trying to attach some live data photos for you guys to see for some reason have a hard time uploading them I get no codes on my scanner i will rent one out DTC SCANNER and see if it shows anything

will definately look into PVC valve

Don't see any issues from your live data.
Can you do the smoke test one more time plus checking the pressure with a gauge? How about you remove the IAC and clean it? After that you can run a cycle of Berryman 2611 thru the throttle body.

Hello so ended up removing PCV VALVE it was so packed with crap I shook it little device inside rattles i cleaned it with parts cleaner installed it back no change i did order new one soon it comes will install new PCV Valve

Have a question tube that comes off the PCV goes to intake manifold where it attaches part between tube and manifold it has two rubber tubes coming i and out of it when I disconnected one of the tubes has coolant in it looks like a recirculating line for auxiliary heating core will attach pics

Smoke tested again no smoke detected

Scanner I have BlueDriver does detect manufacturer codes also DTC CODES ran out if time today but will rent out another scanner and check for any other codes

I'm having a hard time locating IAC VALVE it supposed to be on throttle body looked all over could not locate it have photos of the area will attach them.
