Unhappy 2008 Ford Explorer 4.0 rough idle, stalling, no power

Hello,
I bought this 08 Ford Explorer in August of 2020 and since the first week of September it has been down. It will run well intermittently and then the idle, stalling, difficult starts, and overall lack of power return. I started with the TPS, nothing changed. Then I replaced the main wiring harness because it was in pretty bad shape and I assumed that shorts were causing the multiple random codes. After that I replaced the EGR(MAP is built in), Cam sensor, Crank sensor, MAF sensor, and the battery harness. I also sent the PCM in to be tested and they did find a software fault, but they were able to fix that and stated the PCM was in good shape otherwise and tested fine. Now the only code I am getting is a P061B and I cannot figure out why since I've replaced every sensor that correlates too and there are no vacuum leaks to be found. It seems like every time I replaced a component the car would run well for a day or so and then the problem would come back. I am at a loss with this car and I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I hate to keep throwing money at it with no results. My guess is I have an electrical problem somewhere but I am not sure where to start as most of the wiring is now new.
Thanks

Usually this code tells us there is something wrong with the air filter, or mounting .
It's hard to believe what a leaking seal can do with Ford's air filter , if enough air gets in past the filter seal when the cover is installed it creates a vortex which raises heck with the MAF sensor and performance. Make sure the filter seals well and the cover with the snorkel is installed correctly.

Thanks hanky, I'll double check that tonight.
