Default Extension housing/ driveline issues

My extension housing cracked so I replaced it. Just a few months after that do you joints in my wobble loose fell off so I replace that couple months after doing so my extension housing cracked again. I replaced that ,month after that my driveline you joint started wobbling again what would be the cause of this reoccurring issues?

There is a procedure called phasing, where the U-joints must line up when driveline is being assembled. Not difficult just necessary. Check it out.

\Where did the housing crack, could be other causes too.

Default Extension housing crack

It cracked and actually had two sizable pieces of the lip face that connects/bolts to the transfer case. One of the pieces was still connected to the transfer case by the one bolt that held that broken piece

Did it crack on the top, bottom or side ? Looking for uneven stresses.

How are the front motor mounts ? Quick check,,,,,,hood open so you can see the engine. Foot on brake, trans in drive, raise RPM a little. does the engine lift a lot ?
Yes/No ?

That's the cracks ,
and I just tried to do the motor mount check and didn't notice much movement....
my bushing to my tie rods and co tool arms on the front are worn so that is gonna be a definite upgrade soon ... would them being old and loosing elasticity and strength be a possible cause to my extension housing and driveline issues

I( would say you hit the nail right on the head.

It does appear the front drive shaft tried to move the transfer case rearward and the mounting didn't agree.

Make sure to check the entire mounting of that forward axle assy.

Did the front wheels hit something at a high rate of speed ?
