need some help here,next week I'm picking up a 2000 excursion,only heard they are very bad on gas
anything else I should know
my wife will be driving it with the kids

 

ok...

get a k&n intake system fipik or even just the standard k&n filter will help too
get a freeier flowing exhaust. (ie flowmaster, dyno, ect.) sounds good too.
also it helped when i changed plugs and wires


these helped my truck.

just tell you wife to take it easy when she drives it.
