I put 5 gallons of fuel in just in case the gauge was wrong and so I know I have that in the tank. Once I remove the filter I should be able to hit the ignition and have fuel shoot out if the pumps are working. Im not sure where the filter sits in the line before or after the high pressue pump. Im hoping after. If its before then at least I can check the lift pump.I will let you know.

Thanks alot for your help you guys ... The problem is the pump in the tank. It will not pump fuel. will pull it out when we get good weather and I can work on it again. Will be interesting to see if the pickup tube is attached or the pump just gave up.
