Default Warranty?

I got 2020 F250, 26000 miles. The transmission went out and Ford is going to replace by end of May supposedly. This dealership has given me the run around about getting a replacement vehicle to use in the meantime, left messages with service manager and no one returns my call...My question is shouldn't it be no problem to let me have a vehicle to drive especially since it's still under warranty? I've never had to deal with anything like this before, so I don't know if it's common practice for them in this situation. I don't even need a pickup just something to get to and from work.... thanks for any help

If they are ducking you, I would show up in person to have your questions answered. They can't avoid you that way.I would atleast get something in writing like a work order to be entered and a copy for yourself explaining the details. There is no guarantee of getting a loaner so you need to work out that detail with them. That depends on loaner availability. If you feel you are not being treated fairly, you could also contact the Ford district manager and discuss your concerns. You could also use another dealer if one's in your area.
