With time and age some parts on vehicles will show signs of seepage and if not considerable may not be cause for immediate concern.
Any leaks should be looked into and repaired.
Since you were able to make your way under the vehicle for the pix, could you check at the top of the engine to possibly see if the leak is coming from up top and running down to where you are noticing it?

From past bad experiences , I don't use any "stuff" that gets added to any lubricant to make it stop leaking.You can try it if you want to.
There are products available at auto supply stores that will clean up and dry a leak area so it can be seen when & where the leak takes place then go from there.
