Wife's 1997 Windstar runs good for the most part except we can not control the heat, heat comes out of whatever duct for as long as the vehicle is running, even when the AC is turned on hot air comes out instead of cold crisp air. The fan control and the duct control and the AC compressor turns on when its supposed too. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
