2000 Crown Vic. Car runs great with no codes, but it fails emissions test due to no history. It started when nothing had been done or disconnected from the vehicle. Since I’ve tried following the driving procedures with no success, in fact my wife was driving it for a few months but it still fails with no history, like I just disconnected the battery or something. Has anyone else had this issue?
