Something to think about, if your altered vehicle is involved in an accident and is checked by yours or the other guy's insurance company , they can and will walk right out from any coverage of your vehicle because the vehicle has been altered from "as built and certified". It is getting more difficult to alter vehicles today from the "as built and certified" . Changing tire size, exhaust system, performance chips etc., are coming under high scrutiny accident cases these days.
