I have been having a hell of a time trying to find a filler tube and a dipstick for a C6 automatic transmission. I have an 1991 E350 van with a 5.8 engine and have been searching the internet and Craig's List across the country unsuccessfully. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Woody

 

Could you please provide the trans code that is on the door pillar sticker?

 

I'm not sure which code you're referring to, the one I thought I saw was "G". Hope this helps

Since we don't know if this is the original trans, the best way to determine what is in your vehicle is to count the number of bolts holding the trans pan on. Can you get that number?

 

Well the trans mechanic did verify it's a C6. I did locate one in Minnesota, I'm just trying to figure out how to get it safely across the country via some type of carrier sevice
