Default Source Clock spring

1992 Ford E350 Cutaway Class C RV.... Cruise stopped working and it appears the clock spring has failed. I need a replacement for the non-airbag but with cruise control. Any recommendations for a source. Have been unsuccessful on amazon or ebay. If you know of generic that I can install in the housing that would also work. This unit definitely uses the wrap around coil of flat wire tape.

I would suggest you start with your local dealership parts dept. Some clock springs could be the same as newer vehicles and you just might get the right part the first time.

Default Source Clock Spring

Baribob - if you'd only posted on one of the balloon sites a while back I just scrapped Dad's 1992 Ford Econoline recently. I'm now realizing I should have parted out a bunch of things before sending it away.

Thanks for the thoughts.... as time presses on these specialty parts become almost non existent. especially within any normal price range. I am also looking for the OEM parts number for the clock spring 1992 Ford E350 on a non-airbag, but with cruise control steering wheel. Would prefer new old stock but will take a used part in good condition.
Thanks
Robert

You might try a few salvage yards. While there you may find other things you need and they are a lot cheaper than on line places.

If you ask , a Ford parts dept may be able to tell you what years they were the same.
