When a code suggests a circuit malfunction, it can include power and ground to the sensor.
Did you check all the fuses ?

A: yes, for sure, I dont remenber all of it, but recently i had change the 17 fuse ( fuel pump and engine relay), the PCM relay ( fuse 8 in the engine compartment) 23 . I decided to replace all of them, because some of the fuses were burn out , im not sure if i should replace the wire in the photo, or i will test the fuses one by one with a multimeter, its the only thing that i didnt do.

You said 02 E250, what engine size (check my signature below).
You said engine died while driving, can your van be restarted right up?
When did you get the P0161. Immediately right after it died while driving?

I assume you have 4R70W, let me know if you have 4R100 instead.

The connectors from your pic, you can't buy just that, if at all available, you have to buy the entire harness. I don't think you need to replace that at all.
What you should do, get "contact cleaner" and clean the C141, the 2 connectors in your pic you also clean them with contact cleaner.
BTW, the P0161 shouldn't have anything to do with engine stalling. You should check and clean your MAF sensor (using MAF cleaner) and see if it helps.

Frank,
Just to verify you have some idea of where you should be working,

Bank 2 is driver's side, sensor 2 is the oxygen sensor AFTER the converter.on that side..
With the key on, engine cold, you should have battery voltage at the red wire at the plug. Do you have it yes/no ?

On the MAF, the electrical connector you use contact cleaner to clean.
If you know where the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor, remove only the electrical connector and clean. Of course if you have a code reader capable to get the temperature reading that helps as well.
Don't worry too much about P0161 trouble code.
That big connectors in your pic they have more than just your o2 sensor wires.

Look at circuit 359 (GY/RED) wire, that's the signal return wire from your o2 sensor.
