Trouble code PO161
You are looking at the wrong big connector. You have 2 in your pic, the one without blue circle.
Also note on upper right corner of the diagram you see: * = 4.2L, so some pins for 4.2L only, some for other engine size. On the back of the connector you also can see the color. You can also do a continuity test on your C139 and C141 to confirm.

Above is a section of the diagram I attached previously. Look at C139, on the left of it you see "16", so you look at pin 16 only. Even though you can see "GY/RD" wire at another pin, you ignore them, just look at pin 16 at your C139 connector. You can then disconnect the electrical connector on your o2 sensor (C141), test the wire at pin 16 of your C139 there.

Thank you for your help, i had replaced the O2 sensor for a new one, it deleted the code PO161, but now the van is showing 2 trouble codes like the p1152 and the p1132, i changed the maf sensor like 2 months ago, my mechanic told me something like i need an original maf sensor, because i had install a réplica, im not sure if its really the problem at all.
It could be the MAF sensor and also if there is a big enough vacuum leak between the MAF end throttle body, unmeasured air is getting into the engine,
the oxygen sensors are picking that up and the computer is responding by enriching then mixture.
If you unplug the MAF and drive around the block and no codes come up, the MAF is faulty. If the same codes comes up , it is not the MAF and look for a hole or loose air intake connection between the MAF and throttle body.

Thanks, i just repaired some hosses that i suspect had some vacumm leaks, but now the scanner show 2 trouble codes: P1132 and P1152, the thing is: i had test the maf sensor , i drove without it and showed the same codes, in this point i want to know if the maf Main connector is a thing by itself ( i cleaned the New maf sensor 2 times, im sure thats not the problem). Because i found a video for a Man Who drive a mustang. He say that he found a moistoure in the maf connector wiring, and he just dry it,im not sure if i have to do the same thing...
MAF sensor, the sensing element is very sensitive, don't touch it by hand or with anything, you clean with MAF cleaner. This should be cleaned routinely like once a year.
The electrical connector on the MAF sensor you use contact cleaner to clean, use wire brush if needed, if it can't be cleaned just buy a new electrical connector at rockauto.
