What is the correct tranny fluid for 2001 Econoline Van?
Just want to make sure I’m not putting the wrong stuff in, 2001 Ford Econoline 350 5.4 extended van, thanks !!

Hi Mike,
I believe you are supposed to use Ford Motorcraft Mercon trans fluid.
If you have the owner's manual , it should confirm the recommended trans fluid for your vehicle in the Specifications and capacity section.
