Hi,

New member here. I have a 2016 Ford Edge Sport. I started the vehicle today and my radio wasn't working. The display says AUDIO OFF. I've tried turning it on but there is no sound from speakers either. My phone won't work when attached so the whole audio system is down. Has anyone had this happen before and is it an easy, inexpensive fix? Thanks.

 

Not sure about this, but can you pull up settings on your screen menu and see if it shows a possible on/off setting for audio?
