We just got the oil changed yesterday in our 2011 Ford Edge and now every couple miles it says "Low Engine Oil Pressure". We even reset the oil life and it didn't stop it. Help!

 

It's time to get more specific.
Sometimes we solve problems with more questions than answers , so here goes.
Was the place that did the oil change the same one you always used?
Did a new person that you never met or knew work on your vehicle?
Did the establishment specify on your invoice what grade of oil was put into your vehicle?
Was anything else done to your vehicle at that location ,with your permission of course?
Did you have an opportunity to check in your owner's manual as to the correct type of oil that is recommended to be placed in your vehicle?
Late model vehicles are quite specific as to just the type and grade oil you should place in the engine.
The older engines were more tolerant of other than recommended oils to use.
Tolerances are much more strict with newer engines and there are reasons for the recommendations.
Of course , there is always the possibility of a particular part becoming defective and causing the oil pressure problem, something like a defective sending unit which would require a physical check to make sure the oil pressure is OK by confirming with a reliable gauge.
There will no doubt be differences of opinion regarding grades and types of oil to use and what some people were able to do yesterday will not always work today .
Answers to some of the above questions might shed some light on what is happening.
