2013 escape No Crank, No start
Hello,
The Key was left on and the battery went mostly dead on my wifes 2013 escape. It would just rapidly click when trying to start.
I hooked up jumper cables (correctly) to my truck and attempted to jump start. When i got in the escape to try and start it, all the interior lights and dash lights were pulsing (with the key off or on) and the car would not crank at all no sound when key was turned..
I unhooked everything and put the battery on the charger. After charging fully still nothing. i checked the battery Voltage and it was at 12.3V.
I decided to run and get a new battery anyway. Replaced the battery and still nothing, Everything else has full power. (headlights, tail lights, radio, windows, Etc.)
I have checked all the Relays and fuses that i can think of and they are all good.
Can anyone point my in the right direction to go from here? or have an idea of what happened?
Thanks in advance..

So nothing happens when you try to start the vehicle? no clicking or any noise from the starter?
Did you have any issues before the key was left on and the battery drained?
Did you reconnect the battery sensor after replacing the battery? Its the little two wire connector on the negative post.
