Default 2015 Ford Escape small leak near rear passenger tire.

I have a small leak near my rear passenger tire. It’s on a line that I’m not sure what it is? Seems like that line is very wet and it seems dripping off that.

I see a what looks like a wiring harness that is wet, but I also see what may be leakage from the brake hose.
Do you have all wheel drive? Can you tell what type of fluid it is? Can you make the fluid come out when looking at it?

What does the brake fluid level in the brake master cyl look like?
If you touch the wet portion , does it smell like brake fluid? (Alcohol odor)

It’s the intelligent 4wd and it’s a light brown color. It left a marks on the driveway too. It’s only the line/hose that’s wet and it drips at the bottom part. Smells little like alcohol.

Most likely its the flexibility brake hose that is leaking.
Jack the car up using a jacket and, remove the wheel, have someone sit in the vehicle, press the brake pedal while you watch for leakage to verify.

Actually I think I found where it’s leaking from. I took off the padding area around that tire and found this. Do you know what this is and why it would be leaking. I followed that line and it lead me to here.

That looks like a breaker tube, due to the fact you have all wheel drive I would bet thats the rear diff breather.
My recommendation would be to jack up the rear, locate the other end of the tube that connects to the diff, disconnect it and blow the hose out with compressed air to clear any blockage.
Also a not a bad idea to check your rear diff fluid level.
