Exclamation Engine stopped but still had power?

So I was driving my 2006 Ford escape XLT and then out of no where my engine turned off but I still had full power. I have no oil so I know that might be a season but I was looking around about it and people are saying that it could be the fuel pump or fuel filter. But my car is dead so I can't really check if that's the issue. If anyone could he'll that would be amazing. I have posted a couple YouTube videos of it to see if anyone could help but not much people will see it. If you guys could check out the video and let me know why it won't start now.

Sounds like the battery lost it's charge. Simple test , do the headlights work at full briteness ? Could be poor connection in cables coming from battery or charging system can't or wont recharge the battery. Have you tried jump starting it?
