Sometimes an internal relay can be relocated to an external location replacement area , but this will require a little more than just reconnecting the wires.

Depending on how involved you want to get , it can be done, with a wiring diagram and a little electronic expertise. If this is your hobby , go for it, if not replacing the CJB might be a good choice.
