Default Panel behind fender? Please help!!!!

I have a 1997 Ford Expedition XLT and my brother wrecked it. He rear-ended a brand new BMW. Now I have torn into it to fix it I have all the new parts that I need. But I ran into this issue. The radiator support is bent and now I have taken my Fender off and I realize the panel behind it is bent. It has Twisted the front end of the truck and the door hits the fender now. Only on the driver side I cannot figure out what the name of this panel is. I know you have to cut it out and weld a new one in. But I need help I don't know where to find this part and I do not know what it is called. Here is a picture.

If you check the Vendors Directory of this site you will come across a gentleman named Kyle from Lakeland Ford. If you contact his email he will help you with that info. He has helped a lot of folks here with parts questions.

I have some information and some bad news on this item. I found the part, it is part number F75Z-16C275-AD. We don't have it listed on OEM Ford Parts & Accessories | Lakeland Ford Online Parts because it is obsolete. I did a nationwide search for the item and unfortunately not one dealer in the USA shows the item. I have attached a diagram for you that may help you break one down at the salvage yard. I wish I could help more.

Looking at the damage,,

it appears that the front frame horn at the fender inner structure (forward/lower) is collapsed,, as well as 'only the top' portion of the larger crumple area of the inner structures body. Looking at the two damaged areas, I'd be suspect that the foward frame rail is bent upwards. Certainly want to make sure before considering the scope of work. Repairable, certainly, and as a repair option, a quality shop could pull the structure straight, as well as any frame rail tweaking needed. Sometimes is easier to pull the sheet metal straight, then time/materials to weld in new components. More so if a donor part/s arent readily available, or as noted, obsolete....
