Default 2010 ford explorer electrical issue

I have a 2010 ford explorer and some kind of electrical problem
  • emergency brake light comes on
  • Door ajar light comes on
  • Tire sensor light comes on
  • A/C won't work but heater does
  • Hazzards and blinkers won't work
  • Radio won't work
  • Occasionally the highbeam light comes on
  • But when the lights go out the radio and blinkers work again
  • the problem come and go's but mostly stays on
  • also when I brake hard like someone cut me off the lights go out and then come back on
  • I noticed when I am driving and going around a sharp right hand turn in the road the lights go out and then come right back on again
I checked grounds, fuses, looked for rubbed wires and replaced ignition switch and occasionally won't start like there was no power

Thanks

Could you please tell us how you checked the grounds?

From what you describe, it sounds like the instrument cluster and some other sections are using whatever path they can to get to ground.

Suggest you start at the battery negative terminal and verify each wire that goes to any ground connection is clean and good. Also sounds like you missed one or two.

Make sure all the grounds going to sheet metal are good.
