Default Lift Gate Issue

I have a 2015 Explorer with power lift gate. I replaced both the motorized cylinder and the other one. The gate still does not work. I checked all fuses also. Is there away to reset something?

What happens when you hit the open button?
Any noises or movement?

So it unlocks fine but the power open/close feature does not work?
Want to make sure its not a latch issue.

OK here is the wiring diagrams that you can use. Check the highlighted fuses to start, then disconnect the liftgate motor and check for voltage between pins 1 & 4 when the liftgate button is pressed.
