Default electrical problem

hello, I have a 97 f150 lariat 4x4. recently the radio lights are not working, the blinkers don't work if the headlights are on. the hazards don't work if the a/c is switched on, the a/c blower motor doesn't work, the fog lights don't work, the harzard arrows on the dash are always on, the instrument panel lights don't work.
had the gem module tested. tested bad. replaced it. same problems. any ideas?

You have a poor ground connection in the vehicle.. Start with checking all the ground connections starting with the negative battery terminal. It is a good possibility one of the ground connections at the front of the vehicle where the sheetmetal gets it's ground.
Most likely in the engine compartment. Many times when guys do engine work they fail to reconnect all the grounds from the engine to the sheet metal.
